Production Process

OUR PROCESS

1. WEAVING

The weaving process involves interlacing yarns to produce raw fabric known as greige fabric. Using advanced weaving technology, yarns are structured into fabric sheets. Once formed, the greige fabric undergoes a bleaching process in accordance with established quality standards to prepare it for subsequent stages.

2. DESIGN & PRINTING PREPARATION

This stage begins with design development and color formulation based on the client’s specifications. The outcome is a proofing sample, which serves as the primary reference for mass production, ensuring design accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality.

3. PRODUCTION (PRINTING PROCESS)

Upon approval of the proofing sample, the process proceeds to the printing stage. Printing is conducted using high-standard modern machinery, ensuring precision, color consistency, and large-scale production efficiency.

4. POST-PRODUCTION (WASHING PROCESS)

Following the printing process, the fabric undergoes machine-based washing. This stage ensures cleanliness and color stabilization. Proper washing techniques are applied to minimize color fading and maintain fabric durability.

5. QUALITY CONTROL & FINISHING

The final stage is Quality Control & Finishing. Each fabric undergoes comprehensive inspection before proceeding to folding, cutting, labeling, and packing. The finishing process is tailored to market segmentation and distribution requirements, ensuring products are market-ready with the highest standards.
